With the arrival of spring in our dishes are enriched with

seasonal specialties such as wild herbs of the Hills.

Bruscandoli and Carletti, tasty herbs of the area are especially

indicated for the first as risotto and noodles, or to give even more taste

with meat, as our Black Angus fillet padellato to bruscandoli.
